Terms of Service

By using ToolKit you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and plain.

Last updated: 23 June 2026

1. The service

ToolKit provides free, browser-based utilities. The tools run on your device; we do not require an account and do not store the content you process. See our Privacy Policy for details.

2. Provided "as is"

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any tool will be accurate, error-free, or available at all times. Always verify important results independently — for example, do not rely solely on a tool for legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you process and for keeping your own backups. Because processing happens locally, you should ensure you have the right to use any file or text you load into a tool.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse the site's security measures.
  • Do not misrepresent the site or repackage it in a misleading way.

5. Advertising

The site displays third-party advertising to remain free. Ads are clearly labelled and are not endorsements. Your interaction with advertisers is between you and them.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, text and original code belong to their respective owners. Content you create or load remains yours. Third-party libraries used by the tools are subject to their own licenses.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms; material changes are reflected by the date above.
