About this tool
This PDF ⇄ image tool works both ways: export every page of a PDF as a JPG or PNG image, or combine multiple images into a single PDF. The first is handy for pasting PDF content into documents, chats or web pages; the second packages photos or scans into one PDF to send.
Conversion runs locally in your browser, with a choice of export quality (higher multipliers are sharper but larger) and image format. Files are never uploaded, so private material stays private.
How to use
- Choose a direction: PDF to Image or Image to PDF.
- PDF to Image: pick a PDF, set quality and format, and the tool exports each page as an image to download.
- Image to PDF: pick multiple images and the tool combines them into one PDF in order.
- Click download to save the result.
When to use it
- Turn a PDF page into an image to paste into slides, Word or chat.
- Combine several phone photos of a document into one PDF to submit.
- Convert scans to images for further editing or redaction.
- Provide an image preview where opening a PDF is inconvenient.
FAQ
How do I choose the export quality?
Higher multipliers are sharper but larger. 1×–2× is fine for normal viewing; use 3× when you need to zoom in or print.
Does Image to PDF compress the quality?
A light JPEG compression is applied to control size, visually near-lossless; the original resolution maps to the PDF page size.
Are files uploaded?
No. The whole conversion runs locally in your browser; files are not sent to any server.
